中文摘要: 双水相聚合反应是将一种水溶性单体溶解在含另一种水溶性物质的水中进行聚合,并形成两种互不相容的水溶性分散液的聚合方法。整个双水相聚合过程是一个均相向非均相变化,以及非均相液滴的数量、大小、分散和聚并程度不断变化的过程,申请项目从多尺度和多因素两条主线出发,研究双水相聚合过程中液滴的形成、成长、聚并和分散机理。从多尺度的角度探索双水相聚合过程中液滴的起始形成,以及液滴内部聚合成长、液滴间聚并和分散规律。从多因素的角度将诸影响成滴机理的因素提炼成为液滴性质、连续相性质、液滴与连续相相互作用以及聚合场所变迁等四个方面。考察双水相聚合过程中液滴界面作用力、液滴界面电荷密度、液滴内聚合物分子量、聚合过程中体系粘度的变化;从多尺度/多因素角度阐明双水相聚合过程中液滴的形成、成长、聚并和分散机理,并建立物理模型。通过上述研究,揭示双水相聚合过程中的成滴机理及其控制规律。

英文摘要: Aqueous two-phase polymerization is a new polymerization method for preparing watersoluble polymer, which one kind of water-soluble monomer was dissolved in aqueous solution contained another water-soluble materials, and polymerized to form heterogeneous aqueous dispersions. The polymerization process is from homogenous phase to heterogeneous one. The number, size, dispersion and agglomeration of the droplets are changed with the polymerization. Two main lines, multi dimensions and multi-factors, were presented to research the mechanisms of the droplets formation, growth, dispersion and agglomeration. From the multi dimensions view, the formation of droplets, growth in the droplets, and dispersion and agglomeration between the droplets will be researched. From the multi-factors, the properties and the interaction of the droplets and continuous phase, and the change of the polymerization location were epurated. The force, and charge density at the interface of the droplets, molecular weight of the polymer in the droplets, and the viscosity change of the polymerization system will be investigated. A model of droplets formation, growth, dispersion and agglomeration will be presented. The formation mechanism and control rules of droplets in the aqueous twophase polymerization process will be opened out.
