英文摘要: lanthanide element shows similar chemical property and atomic radius but different physical property, and thus they could be replaced in the crystal lattice and realize multifunction in one nanocrystal. Moreover, high energy carbon ion beam exhibites high line energy transfer(LET) and thus could effectively break the double strand DNA. Based on these characteristics of lanthanide nanocrystal and carbon ion, we designed a kind of nanocomposite that could be used as multimodal imaging tracer and also as carbon ion triggered drug release system, which facilitated the multimodal imaging and the radiochemotherapy of lymphatic micrometastasis. The stable dispersible nanocoposite is considered to realize high tissue resolution and quantificational imaging and to present highly specific site of drug release without depth limitaton. We try to further improve the early detection rate and metastasis control rate through multimodal imaging and triggered drug release using our nanocomposite.
