中文摘要: 混凝土是一种广泛应用的工程材料,对于混凝土材料的破裂过程研究是材料、工程和力学等各学科的研究热点之一。采用数值模拟方法建立起来的模型中各种成分的形状和分布与混凝土的真实结构越来越接近,但是这些混凝土中骨料的形状和分布毕竟是虚拟的,与真实混凝土试件仍有非常大的差别。混凝土X射线CT实验细观研究是近些年研究混凝土破裂过程的一种新方法,对于CT实验得到图像和数据的处理和分析是研究混凝土损伤演化的关键。本研究采用多种图像分割处理手段对混凝土CT图像在不同受力下进行细致分割,对混凝土材料裂纹的扩展、贯通以及最后破坏的过程进行一定研究;运用三维重建可视化技术,对混凝土CT图像进行立体重建,将混凝土三维重建结果导入到工程软件中,为大批量高精度数值试验建立三维数值计算模型,对混凝土的裂纹扩展及破坏形态和揭示混凝土材料的损伤破裂机理提供辅助技术支持。

英文摘要: Concrete is a widely used engineering material. The fracture process of Concrete has been one of the hot issues reseach in the field of the material , engineeringand mechanical.Concrete component of numerical model which is established by numerical Simulation is very closed to the real concrete structure. But the concrete aggregate figure and distributing is suppositional, and has more distinction on real concrete. Recently, X-ray concrete CT experimental study has been a new method on the fracture process of concrete. In term of the reseach on the damage evolution of concrete, the CT images and experimental data processing and analysis are the key points. Owing to digital image and graphics processing technology closely linked in various disciplines of engineering, the paper offers a variety of image segmentation methods to carefully segment in concrete CT images under different stress and 3-D reconstruction & Visualization techniques to concrete CT image which can reflect the structural changes in the stress. Meanwhile, an important method can be used to analyze the crack propagation and damage of concrete forms and reveal the damage fracture mechanism of concrete material.
