中文摘要: 糖类及其衍生物已广泛应用于混凝土中,可用于调控水泥水化的进行。目前用来调控水泥水化最多的是单糖或二糖及其衍生物,多聚糖对水泥水化影响的研究还很欠缺,还未形成较完善的理论成果。本课题拟在前期研究的基础上,通过对淀粉基聚糖聚合度和官能团等结构参数的调控,研究其对水泥水化行为的影响,揭示它们之间的构效关系;并利用各种分析测试手段研究不同结构的聚糖分子对水泥水化的作用机理。本课题的顺利实施将为淀粉基聚糖调控水泥水化行为提供理论依据,也为新型水泥水化调控材料的开发开辟新的途径。

英文摘要: Sugars and their derivatives have been widely used in concrete field; they can be used to control the hydration of cement. Currently, the most used materials for cement hydration control are monosaccharides or disaccharides and their derivatives, and the investigation on the effect of polysaccharides on cement hydration is still lacking, and has not yet formed the theoretical results. In this project, based on preliminary studies, the effect of polysaccharides on cement hydration will be studied through the regulation of the structural parameters of starch-based polysaccharides (such as polymerization degree, functional groups), revealing the structure-activity relationship between them; the mechanism of polysaccharides with different structure influencing cement hydration will be investigated using a variety of analysis means. The successful implementation of this project will provide a theoretical basis for the starch-based polysaccharides controlling cement hydration behavior, and also open a new way for the development of new cement hydration control materials.
