中文摘要: 列当主要分布于我国西北、华北和东北地区,其寄生于菊科、豆科、茄科、葫芦科、十字花科、大麻科、亚麻科和伞形科等多种植物根部,给这些作物造成严重损失,现有防治技术均无法完全控制列当危害,培育和种植抗列当品种是目前最为经济和有效的防治方法。列当种子受寄主植物根系分泌的独脚金内酯类物质刺激后才会萌发,本课题以甜瓜和埃及列当为研究体系,以独脚金内酯信号传递、感知关键基因MAX2作为研究对象,对甜瓜和埃及列当的MAX2基因进行克隆和功能验证后,采用RNAi技术,设计对埃及列当MAX2特异性的RNA沉默载体,通过农杆菌转化法将其分别转入甜瓜和列当中,研究其在埃及列当与甜瓜识别过程中的功能,为开发抗列当农作物品种提供理论支持。

英文摘要: Orobanche are mainly distributed in the Northwestern, North China and Northeast of China. It can parasitic on Asteraceae, Leguminosae, Solanaceae, Cucurbitaceae, Cruciferae, Cannabaceae, Linaceae and Umbelliferae plant roots and caused large economical lose, but there is no effective control method. Breeding and planting resistant varieties is one of the most effective and economic ways to control orobanche parasitic. The germination of all Orobanche spp. depends on the reception of Strigolactones stimulation from host roots. Muskmelon (Cucumis melo) and Orobanche aegyptiaca as a study system were studied in this subject. Strigolactones signal transduction and perception-related Gene MAX2 in muskmelon and Orobanche aegyptiaca were cloneed and identified. The MAX2 specific RNA silencing vector for Orobanche aegyptiaca will be design, and then it will be transferred to the muskmelon and orobanche by agrobacterium transformation method. And its role and fungtion in mutual recogntion of muskmelon and Orobanche aegyptiaca will be studied. This study result will provide theoretical support for the development of resistance host plants to control orobanche.
