中文摘要: 基于现有聚合物型降凝剂产品存在的不足和无机纳米颗粒的独特性能,本项目以聚丙烯酸酯类含蜡原油降凝剂和球状纳米SiO2为研究对象,将降凝剂接枝包覆于SiO2颗粒表面,以实现利用球状纳米SiO2来调控降凝剂分子的聚集状态和热力、机械稳定性,进而显著改善降凝剂性能的目标。本项目将分别通过"接枝于"和"接枝到"两种途径制备降凝剂接枝改性的降凝剂/纳米SiO2复合颗粒,并对该纳米复合颗粒进行结构表征;研究降凝剂/纳米SiO2复合颗粒对含蜡原油的降凝减粘作用,考察作用效果的时效性、抗剪切性能和抗重复热处理性能,揭示颗粒尺寸、接枝密度、降凝剂分子结构等因素对作用效果的影响规律;揭示球状纳米SiO2对聚丙烯酸酯类含蜡原油降凝剂性能调控机理,开发性能优异的纳米复合颗粒降凝剂。上述研究将通过化学接枝改性手段实现无机纳米颗粒对聚合物型降凝剂作用性能的有效调控,这对于含蜡原油的经济、安全输送具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Based on the defects of the existing polymeric pour point depressants and the special properties of inorganic nanoparticles, in this project, using the polyacrylate-type pour point depressants for waxy crude oil and the spherical nano silica as research objects, the pour point depressants are chemically grafted onto the silica particle surface so as to control the aggregation state, thermal stability and mechanical stability of the pour point depressant molecules, thus significantly improving the performance of the pour point depressants. In this project, the pour point depressant-grafted pour point depressant/silica nanocomposite particles will be prepared by "grafting from" and "grafting to" methods respectively, and the structural properties of the nanpcomposite particles will be characterized. The pour point and viscosity depressive effects of the nanocomposite particles on waxy crude oils will be studied: the timeline effectiveness, shear resisting ability and reheat-treatment resisting ability of the depressive effects are investigated; the effects of particle size, grafting density, molecular structure of the pour point depressants on the depressive effects are discovered.
