中文摘要: 产品平台是企业在大规模定制下增加产品市场覆盖的一种开发策略,然而现有产品平台的相关研究,一般难以满足复杂产品族规划中模块替换和参数调节的集成需求,平台的可适应能力不足,未从全局优化角度考虑产品平台的规划策略。因此,需进一步研究大规模定制下产品平台的规划方法,提高产品平台快速响应客户需求信息与可适应性的能力。针对此,本项目将可适应设计及模块化与参数化技术应用于产品族设计中,分析市场分割框架下的客户需求,建立面向可适应性的功能需求模型;研究面向可适应性的产品平台拓扑结构,基于平台策略层面规划具有可适应性的产品平台;建立基于可适应性重构的产品族优化模型,基于平台操作层面进行平台通用性和差异性之间的权衡,提出产品族双层多目标群集智能优化算法;提取结构特征参数,构建产品的可适应性重构数字化设计平台。其成果旨在为企业实施大规模定制产品平台战略提供有效的理论指导和方法支持,富有重要的科学意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: The product platform is the key development strategy to increase product market coverage in mass customization. However, the current researches on product platform don't simultaneously modify modules and adjust parameters in product family design, and don't consider the planning strategy in the view of global optimization. The adaptability is also low. In addition, the most product family design is based on mapping between functional domain and physical domain and analyzes rarely the product how to respond preferably the customer's individual needs. Therefore, it is necessary to study the product platform planning method, so as to enhance the ability of responding fast customer needs information and adaptability for product platform. This project introduces the concept of adaptable design and modular design to product family design process, its main contents include: (1) Analyze the customer needs in market segmentation framework, and establish the adaptability-oriented functional requirements model. (2) Study the topological structure for adaptable product platform, and propose the adaptable design strategy for product platform. (3) Construct the optimization model for adaptable platform-based product family, and present a two-level multi-objective swarm intelligence algorithm. The results can provide effective theoretical framework for enterprise bringing product platform strategy into mass customization. So, the research of this project not only has scientific meaning, but also has comparatively higher theoretical and practical value.
