中文摘要: 固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFCs)是一种高效的电化学能量转化装置,中低温化是其在未来的清洁能源体系中能得以应用的关键,其核心问题是开发在中低温下具有高氧还原活性的阴极。本项目提出了采用喷墨打印技术来制备具有功能梯度结构的SOFCs的电极并对相关电极的氧还原行为进行深入的研究,以经典的复合阴极材料,构建结构梯度分布的SOFCs氧还原电极,制备出材料组成呈现梯度变化的复合电极,由里至外,氧离子导体的含量逐渐的变小,而电子导体的含量逐渐的变大,研究粉体形貌、电子墨水的物理化学性质以及操作工艺参数对制备过程的影响。采用SEM-EDX,压汞法等方法测试功能梯度电极的材料组成和孔径分布;通过构建对称电池,采用电化学阻抗谱来探索电极的性能,结合改变气氛中氧分压及温度,探索电极的氧还原机理,进而指导优化最佳的梯度组成。通过功能梯度电极有望有效地提高SOFCs氧还原电极的活性、热化学稳定性及热机械稳定性。

英文摘要: Solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) are expected to play an important role in the future clean energy system as efficient electrochemical energy conversion devices. Intermediate-temperature SOFCs have been widely proposed and the key issue is to develop cathodes with high activity of oxygen reduction at such temperatures. The project proposed a way to fabricate the graded cathodes for SOFCS via inkjet printing and explored the mechanism of the oxygen reduction reaction of these cathodes. The proposed cathodes with component gradient change consist of classic composite cathode materials. The content of oxygen ion conductor decreases while the electronic conductor increses in the direction from bottom to surface of the cathodes.Powder morphologies, physical and chemical characters of the inks and the the operating parameters for inkjet printing are investigated.SEM-EDX and mercury injection method are used to detect the composition and pore size distribution of electrode materials. The electrochemical performance of electrodes is investigated by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) based on the symmetrical cell configuration under different oxygen partial pressure and temperature to explore the mechanism of oxygen reduction reaction on graded cathodes.And the mechanism will be helpful to optimize the c
