中文摘要: 类方组成法度的相似性及差异集中表达了中医配伍用药规律的精髓及对疾病治疗的思想,研究类方变化中所蕴藏的科学内涵是阐释方剂配伍规律的有效途径。由于方剂配伍的变化,首先直接引起效应成分体内过程的改变,而生物效应的变化是体内过程变化的最终结果。因此,从体内过程-生物效应相关性角度可以揭示类方共性和差异性的根本原因,为配伍机制的阐释提供实验证据。本课题拟以半夏泻心汤、甘草泻心汤和生姜泻心汤3首类方为研究对象,观察比较其对功能性消化不良脾胃湿热、脾胃虚弱和饮食停滞三种病证结合动物模型生理、病理及证候指标的影响,比较其生物效应的异同。同时,从血中移行成分谱、组织分布及药物代谢特征三个方面对比研究3首类方体内过程的异同。本项目旨在通过将体内过程与生物效应进行关联,阐释类方由配伍变化引起药效变化的深层次原因,从而有助于方剂配伍机制的揭示和临床疗效的提高。

英文摘要: The similarities and differences of the compatibility of analogous formulas embody the essence of compatibility rules in TCM and the thoughts in treating diseases. Research on the scientific essence in different compatibility of analogous formulas is one of the effective ways to explain the law of formulas compatibility. Because of the different formulas compatibility, the metabolic process of effective substances changed firstly, then the biological effect changed ultimately. Therefore, from the perspective of the relationship between metabolic process and biological effects, the similarities and differences of analogous formulas could be revealed, providing the scientific basis for the explanation of combinations mechanism. The Ban-Xia-Xie-Xin Tang, Gan-Cao-Xie-Xin Tang and Sheng-Jiang-Xie-Xin Tang are taken as research targets in this research so that we intend to observe their influence of functional dyspepsia spleen, the weakness in spleen-stomach and dyspepsia combined the physiology, pathology and syndrome of the animal model, and compare their differences of biological effects. This research aims to correlate the metabolic process and biological effects, to explain the underlying reasons of pharmacodynamics caused by the different compatibility of analogous formulas, and to reveal the combinations mechanism and improve clinical efficacy of formulas more effectively.
