中文摘要: 基于半导体材料的纳米线激光器是纳米材料学科的新兴领域。经前期研究,申请者发现了二氧化锡纳米结构的强红色发光峰,且半高宽分别只有0.48 nm和0.62 nm,本项目主要研究强红色激光峰产生机理。拟运用第一性原理材料计算,实现二氧化锡纳米结构的理论模型及电子结构的计算,获得纳米结构光致发光所涉及的电子轨道。以实验为手段,研究二氧化锡纳米结构的晶体缺陷对发光性质的影响规律和作用机制。在此基础上,控制合成二氧化锡异质结构,研究异质结构的微观形貌、表面状态因素对光学性能的影响,阐明二氧化锡纳米结构强红色激光峰的形成机理及影响因素。通过上述研究,拓展对纳米线激射机制以及二氧化锡本征电子状态的理解,形成二氧化锡纳米线基激光器的技术原型,推动二氧化锡纳米光学器件的应用和基于二氧化锡纳米线激光器的发展。

英文摘要: The semiconducting material based nanowire laser is a relatively new area of nanomaterial research. The strong red emissions of tin oxide nanostructures, with the full width at half maximum ( FWHM ) of 0.48 nm and 0.62 nm respectively, were discovered in the previous study, this project will focus on the mechanism of strong red lasing peak. The theoretical model and electronic structure of tin oxide nanostructures will be calculated, and the electronic orbit concerned the photoluminescence of nanostructures will be obtained by the first principle calculation. The influence of crystal defects on the emission property and mechanism will be studied experimentally. Based on those results, the tin oxide heterostructures was controlling fabricated, and the influence of micro morphology and surface state on the optical properties of heterostructures will be investigated, the formation mechanism and influential factor of the strong red lasing peak of tin oxide nanostructures will be elucidated. The understanding of nanowire laser mechanism and intrinsic electronic state of tin oxide will be expanded, and the technique prototype of tin oxide nanowire laser will be formed,consequently help to push on the applications of nanoscale tin oxide optical devices and the developments of tin oxide nano laser on the base of the abo
