中文摘要: 金属-有机框架材料是一类由金属离子(簇)与有机桥联配体通过配位作用组装形成的多孔晶体材料,具有特定尺寸和形状的孔道、可调变的框架结构以及丰富的物理化学性质。发光框架材料结合发光性能与框架结构的优势,在构建化学传感器方面具有重要的研究意义。基于此,本项目将探索新型框架材料在化学传感方面的应用。发展基于荧光强度、强度比值、发光峰位或荧光寿命等参数的荧光检测新方法,以提高检测的特异性和灵敏度。同时深入地研究框架结构与传感性能之间的关系,揭示框架材料对特定目标分子的荧光传感机制。

英文摘要: Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are a fascinating family of porous solids created from the molecular coordination of inorganic units and organic building units. MOF materials possess the porous channels with specific sizes and shapes, the tunability of structures and their range of physicochemical properties. Luminescent MOFs combine the advantages of framework structures and the properties of luminescence, and then have an important significance in constructing the chemo-sensory materials. With this in mind, the aim of this project is to investigate the potential of luminescent MOFs as chemical sensors. To improve the sensitivity and specificity toward target molecules, we will develop new sensing methods based on the parameter changes of MOFs, such as fluorescent intensity, the ratio of intensities, fluorescence life, and the position of emission peaks. Moreover, we will further reveal the related sensing mechanisms by invesigating the relationship between the framework structures and the sensing performance of MOFs.
