中文摘要: 随着国民经济的蓬勃发展,能够达到100kW以上量级的高束流功率工业辐照加速器的市场需求越来越大。辐照加速器功率提高的一个限制因素是用于电子加速的加速结构,高束流平均功率对加速结构的稳定性提出了新要求。目前我国国内研制的工业辐照加速器加速结构很难用于产生100kW以上量级束流功率的加速器。基于此,研制新型工业辐照加速器加速结构变得越来越迫切。本课题将对高功率工业辐照加速器的新型加速结构进行研究,重点将放在多腔轴耦合驻波加速结构的研究上,包括束流在其中的运动过程、加速结构的设计及模型腔的制作等。本研究既能对国内高功率辐照加速器加速结构的研制这一难点课题有所贡献,也能为国内高功率工业加速器发展提供依据。

英文摘要: With the development of national economy,the market demanding of higher than 100kW average power industial irradiation linac is growing. One of the limiting factors of improving the linac power is the accelerating structure. High beam average power puts forward new requirements of the stability of the accelerating structure. Now, the research and development of the acelerating structure in China is difficult to produce higher than order of 100kW beam power linac. So, study and development new type of accelerating structure is more urgent. This topic deals mainly with new type of accelerating structure of industial irratiation linac. Focus on multi-cavity on axis coupling stand-wave accelerating structure. Including the motion process of the beam in the cavity, the design of the accelerating struture, the manufacture of the prototype, etc. This study not only overcomes a difficulty but also provides foundation for high power industial irradiation linac.
