中文摘要: 大气压非平衡等离子体(APNP)在医学领域的应用包括灭菌、诱导癌细胞凋亡等。国内外研究者在其机理及应用方面都开展了大量的研究工作。而利用APNP来杀灭病毒的研究则非常少。本课题拟利用课题组自主研制的APNP射流对一些典型的病毒进行杀毒机理研究。通过(1)调节APNP射流的电参数、工作气体组分等参数,研究其对病毒灭活的影响;(2)对各种活性粒子浓度、UV强度进行测量,并与灭毒效果进行对比,初步了解各种活性成份在杀灭病毒过程中所起的作用;(3)然后采用分子生物学等方法对APNP处理病毒后引起病毒形态、基因等产生的变化进行分析;(4)再利用被APNP处理的病毒去感染细胞,研究被APNP处理的病毒在感染细胞后,病毒的形态、行为,及它对宿主细胞的影响;最后,(5)先将病毒感染细胞,然后利用APNP处理被病毒感染的细胞,研究此时的病毒和被感染细胞的形态、增值等情况。从而深入了解APNP杀灭病毒的机理。

英文摘要: Applications of atmospheric pressure non-equilibrium plasma (APNP) in health care include sterilization, assisting wound healing, inducing cancer cell apoptosis, etc. Lots of related researches on plasma medicine and the interacting mechanism between plasma and treatment objects haven been done by researchers around the world. However, little has been down on using APNP to treat viruses. Only few publications have been reported. This project aims to study the inactivation mechanism of plasma on several typical viruses by using a self-made APNP. In order to look insight to the mechanism of APNP on virus, we will (1) first adjust the discharging parameters, the gas composition and the gas flow rate of the APNP to study the plasma treatment effects on virus; (2) measure the concentrations of various active species and the UV intensity of the APNP, and at the same time compare with the inactivation effects under the same condition to find the roles of different active species in the inactivating process; (3) use cell biology and molecular biology techniques to analysis the possible morphology and genes changes of the treated virus; (4) then, use the treated virus to infect the normal host cells, and investigate the morphology and behavior variation of treated virus inside the infected cells as well as the influence
