中文摘要: 当今科技发展实践表明近红外单光子雪崩高速高性能读取集成芯片技术是量子信息科学、生命科学、空间科学、国防安全等领域亟待解决的一项关键共性技术,属于单光子成像领域重点研究内容。本项目以前期研究提出单光子探测技术为基础,利用正弦门控被动熄灭技术改善其计数率,利用差分滤波技术改善探测性能,继而实现达到高计数、高性能单光子雪崩信号读取集成芯片目的。本次申请项目拟重点解决利用正弦门控和差分滤波术实现高计数率、低噪声、低功耗小型化单光子雪崩读取芯片集成技术,其目标是研制出具有自主知识产权的高计数、高性能单光子雪崩读取芯片集成技术,为量子信息科学、生命科学、空间科学、国防安全等领域的前沿技术和战略高技术提供高计数高性能单光子雪崩读取集成芯片技术。研究内容包括:单光子雪崩读取集成电路的相关基础理论,正弦门控差分滤波芯片电路结构和参数设计,集成芯片实验、性能分析等。芯片主要指标:计数率>100MHz

英文摘要: With the development of science and technology,high speed and high performance NIR single photon avalanche readout chip design becomes a key universal technology conquered by researcher in the field of quantum information,life science,space science and national defense safe . Based on the technology of the single photon detector, The project uses the gate control and sine driver technology to improve the counting rates,and uses difference filter technology to improve the performance of the single photon avalanche readout chip, at last, high speed and high performance NIR single photon avalanche readout chip is developed.The application will overcome the technology of the high speed and high performance,low power consumption,single photon avalanche readout chip and correlation technique,the aim of the project is development of the high speed and high performance NIR single photon avalanche readout chip with independent intellectual property rights.on beharf of the quantum information,life science,space science and national defense and safe etc fields, it provides a noval principle, high speed and high performance NIR single photon avalanche readout chip design method and technology. The research contents include the corrected foudation theory of improving the counting rates of single photon avalanche readout chip
