中文摘要: 在前期研究的基础上,针对高羊茅和草地早熟禾这两种在耐镉能力和镉解毒机制上存在明显差异的草坪植物,从根系对土壤镉离子的吸收、根皮层细胞壁对质外体途径镉的吸附、皮层细胞原生质体对共质体途径镉的液泡区隔化等方面的比较来解析草坪植物根系对重金属镉的解毒机制;从不同镉螯合形态对镉从根皮层向中柱的转运、根部向地上部分的长途运输、到达叶片维管束后的卸载等方面的比较来解析草坪植物体内重金属镉的转运机理及其调控途径;从叶片中磷酸盐态镉的沉积特征与外源调控等方面的比较来解析草坪植物叶片对镉的解毒机制,结合根部、根部向地上部的转运和叶片等三个部分来全程解析两种草坪植物耐镉能力的差异及其体内对镉的解毒机制。

英文摘要: Based on our pervious results,tall fescue is significantly different from Kentucky bluegrass in cadmium tolerance and the cadmium detoxification mechanism. In this study,the cadmium detoxification mechanism in roots will be analysed by the comperison of root absorption of cadmium from soil,cortex cell wall binding for cadmium via apoplastic pathway,vacuolar compartmentalization of cadmium via symplastic pathway. The cadmium transportation mechanism will be analysed by chelated cadmium forms from the root cortex to stele, from roots to leaves and cadmium upload in leaf vascular bundle. The leaf detoxification mechanism will be analysed by the characteristics of undissolved cadmium phosphates accumulated in the leaves and the exogenous regulations. These three parts will provide a well-explanation of the difference in cadmium tolerance and detoxification between tall fescue and Kentucky bluegrass.
