中文摘要: 石墨烯因其结构的特殊性,在未来的纳电子学器件的应用上有着巨大的潜力。石墨烯的可控纳米制造是石墨烯应用于纳电子学器件的基础也是核心问题。本项目的研究内容是探索可控的石墨烯纳米制造技术及工艺,得到包括尺寸、形状、位置、周期性、和边缘结构等方面的具有大规模、一致性、原子尺度上控制的石墨烯纳米结构,研究这些可控的纳米结构的本征物理特性和功能器件。通过本项目的实施,在石墨烯纳米可控纳米制造方面做出重要突破,为石墨烯未来走向集成电子器件等方面的应用奠定技术和物理基础,提升我国在石墨烯研究领域的水平。

英文摘要: Graphene is a promising candidate for future nanoelectronics due to its unique structures and properties. The key issue in this filed is the controllable fabrication of large-scale and uniform graphene nanostructures. This proposal deals with the exploration of controllable graphene nanostructures fabrication techniques, studies of intrinsic physical properties of these well-defined graphene nanostructures, and development of new types of graphene nanodevices based on these structures. Key factors in controlling the graphene nanostructures include their sizes, shapes, positions, periods, and edge structures. The target of this proposal is to make several breakthroughs in controllable fabrication of graphene nanostructures. Fulfill of these missions would pave a way to future integrate graphene nanoelectronic devices and also earn us international reputation in graphene research.
