中文摘要: 本项目拟采用理论分析、数值模拟及实验验证相结合的方法,对亚波长光子筛的色散性能进行研究。首先,建立亚波长光子筛的色散模型,探索影响色散性能的因素及规律,提出色散补偿措施。其次,搭建光子筛性能检测实验系统,提出一种光栅位相检测方法,解决亚波长光子筛焦距小、焦深短、不易检测的难题,对其色散性能进行科学测试与表征。最后,将理论分析与实验研究进行对比分析,验证模型合理性,不断完善模型,为其在仿生学等宽光谱成像领域的实用打下良好的理论和实验基础。

英文摘要: This project aims to study the dispersion property of sub-wavelength photon sieve by means of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental verification. Firstly, we will establish a dispersion model of sub-wavelength photon sieve, find out the influence factors and the influence rules on dispersion property, and propose an approach for dispersion compensation. Then, an experimental system will be set up for testing the dispersion property, a grating phase detection method will be proposed to solve the problems caused by small focal,short depth of focus,difficult testing of the sub-wavelength photon sieve. Finally, the numerical simulation results will be compared with the experimental results for verifying the effectiveness of the proposed physical model, which will be further improved to form a good theoretical and experimental basis for its practical applications in the field of the wide-spectrum imaging,such as bionics,etc.
