中文摘要: SR/CAMTA在调控水杨酸(SA)诱导植物抗病反应中发挥重要作用,但SR/CAMTA调控SA诱导植物抗病性的机制尚属未知。本研究以番茄为材料,在明确SA诱导番茄抗灰霉病体系中SR/CAMTA基因表达变化规律的基础上,筛选出特异表达的SR/CAMTA基因;并通过转基因技术获得RNAi和过表达转基因植株,明确和验证转基因植株的抗病差异及其对SA上游信号相关基因表达和SA含量的影响;从而揭示SR/CAMTA基因在SA诱导番茄抗灰霉病体系中的作用机制,为进一步调控和提高SA的诱导抗性提供理论基础和现实依据,也为采用分子手段提高番茄抗病性,进一步稳定番茄的产量提供实践依据。

英文摘要: SR/CAMTA play important role in the regulation of Salicylic acid induced defence against attack by phytopathogens. However, it isn't clear that the mechanism of SR/CAMTA regulate SA induced the pathogen-resistance in plants. In this study, tomato was used as experimental material. Based on the change of SR/CAMTA expressing was analysised during SA induced resistance to Botrytis cinerea, screened out and identify specific expression SR/CAMTA gene. The resistance difference、related genes expression level of the up-stream of SA signal pathway and SA content were verified by RNAi and over-expression of specific SR/CAMTA in transgenic tomato. The outcome of the research will provide assured evidences of the role and mechanism of SR/CAMTA regulated SA induced resistance to Botrytis cinerea in tomato. Moreover, the results of this project will provide essential theoretical support and practical basis to enhance SA induced resistance,and to improve tomato resistance and stabilize the tomato yield by molecular pathway.
