中文摘要: 基于数据驱动的控制是一种无需对象机理解析数学模型的控制技术,在工业领域具有广阔的应用前景。而容错控制作为保障系统运行安全的重要一环,在数据驱动控制系统设计过程中必须加以考虑。本项目针对难以获得机理数学模型的复杂非线性不确定系统,研究针对传感器故障情况下的数据驱动控制设计方法。本研究的显著特点是:1)在申请人前期研究的基础上,进一步改进和完善基于观测器技术的数据驱动控制技术,确保复杂非线性系统故障下的闭环系统稳定。2)利用离线和在线数据,建立基于数据驱动的快速故障诊断算法理论。3)建立基于混合模型(数据驱动模型和解析模型)的故障诊断理论,解决复杂数据驱动控制系统安全可靠运行的问题。研究成果将直接用于工业过程控制系统,为数据驱动容错控制过程的运行提供必需的基础理论依据和关键技术保证。

英文摘要: Data-driven control technology has broad application prospects in the industrial field, which without needing mechanism parse mathematical model of plants. Fault tolerance control is an important part as a guarantee the safe operation of the system, which must be taken into account in the design process of control system. In the project, new data-driven control design methods are proposed under sensor failures for complex uncertain nonlinear systems which are difficult to obtain mathematical models. Notable features of this study are: 1) On the basis of preliminary studies of the applicant, To further improve and perfect the observer-based data driven control technology, and ensure the stability of the closed-loop system with faults for the complex nonlinear system. 2) Using offline and online data, a data driven fast fault diagnosis algorithm is proposed . 3) Proposed based on the hybrid model (data driven model and the analytical model) fault diagnosis theory, solved safe and reliable operation problems of the complex data driven control system.The research results will be directly used for complex industrial control processes, and the proposed methods will provide the necessary theoretical basis and key technical assurance to run complex control process.
