中文摘要: 随着计算机、通信与网络等信息技术的发展,工业自动化系统已由集散控制系统演进到3C(计算、通信与控制)融合的时代。分布式结构为自动化系统提供了高度的灵活性与高效协作的可能性,但如何实现全局系统的协同仍然面临挑战。通过设计可重构软件架构来提高系统的可扩展性是解决这一难题的重要途径。本项目拟提出分布式工业自动化软件设计范式,采用面向服务的软件架构,建立基于时间与事件混合驱动的计算模式,研究如何实现高效、灵活、可扩充与可重构的工业分布式软件架构。重点开展三方面研究:基于IEC61499标准的分布式自动化设计范式;时间变量和事件触发离散变量双驱动的系统计算模型;动态可重组的分布式软件运行环境设计。本项目的核心思想是基于可重构分布式自动化软件计算模型来保障系统的实时性与可靠性,形成高效的软件设计范式,具有很强的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: In recent years, requirements for interoperability, flexibility and reconfigurability of complex automation industry applications have increased dramatically. Distributed software architecture is considered as the key for enabling collaborations and intelligences in industrial automation systems. Various devices connected by industrial networks coordinate with each other to improve efficiencies of controlling distributed industrial automation systems. Aiming for flexible, portable, reconfigurable and interoperable distributed automation systems, design paradigms and execution semantics will be investigated. Firstly, paradigms such as object-oriented programming will be introduced for distributed automation software design. Then, a novel time-complement event-trigger execution semantics will be proposed for deterministic execution semantics of distributed automation systems. Finally, a flexible, reconfigurable and interoperable runtime structure for distributed automation systems will be proposed by application of service-oriented architecture. Collaborations between various devices will be enabled by introducing industrial software agents and autonomic service management. This project aims for provide efficient design methodologies, deterministic execution semantics and collaborative automation for distributed automation systems in both theoretical and practical approaches. Research results will be demonstrated in material handling systems, particularly airport baggage handling systems.
