中文摘要: NiTiAl基合金由于具有高强度、低密度和良好的抗高温氧化性能,而成为一种新型高温结构材料,在航空、航天和机械等领域具有重要的应用前景。申请人在前期初步探索了Mo和Hf元素对NiTiAl基合金结构和力学性能影响规律的基础上,提出在NiTiAl合金中同时添加Nb和Mo(或Hf)进行多元强化,通过系统研究Ni-Ti-Al-Nb-X(X=Mo、Hf)合金中析出相的结构和分布规律(尺寸、含量、形貌、分布和位向关系),研究变形后合金的析出相变化和位错之间的作用机制,找到析出相结构与力学性能之间的关系,以及热处理的影响规律,从而揭示出析出相强化多元NiTiAl合金的内在机理,为发展高强度NiTiAl合金提供理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: NiTiAl based alloys with high strength, low density and excellent oxidation resistance have attracted attention as novel high temperature structural materials used in aerospace and astronautics and machinery. Based on our previous study on the effects of Mo and Hf addition on the microstructures and mechanical properties of NiTiAl alloys, it is proposed that adding Nb and Mo (or Hf) elements to further strengthen the NiTiAl alloys. In this project, microstructures and distribution characteristics (size, quantity, morphology, distribution and orientation relationship) of the precipitate phases as well as the effects of heat treatment and the interaction mechanism between the precipitates and dislocation motions induced by deformation in Ni-Ti-Al-Nb-X(X=Mo、Hf) alloys will be investigated. Thus the relationship between the precipitate phases and mechanical properties will be found and the strengthening mechanism of the precipitates in multi-component NiTiAl alloys will be revealed. The research achievements will supply both theoretical and technological foundations to the development of high-strength NiTiAl alloys.
