中文摘要: 前列腺癌发病率不断上升,其侵袭性是导致患者死亡的主要原因,而前列腺癌的侵袭性差异较大,鉴别病灶是否具有侵袭性有重要意义。经直肠超声和核磁共振成像技术的迅速发展衍生出多种成像模式,不仅可以提供前列腺癌的位置、大小、周围组织关系等空间信息,还包括组织内元素的成分/含量、微循环灌注、代谢、弹性等多维度影像信息。本研究将利用超声和核磁共振成像的多种成像模式获取早期前列腺癌的多维度信息,从中筛选出与侵袭性相关的影像学特征,并应用基因表达谱芯片寻找与侵袭性影像学特征相关的差异性表达基因,以实现应用影像学手段无创、准确预测早期前列腺癌侵袭性的目标。本项目的研究可为侵袭性与非侵袭性前列腺癌的分类诊治提供科学依据,也可为前列腺癌侵袭性产生机制的研究提供基础。

英文摘要: The incidence of prostate cancer has been rising in recent years, the invasiveness of which is the main cause of death. The invasiveness of prostate cancers is quite different, and its prediction is very important. Trans-rectal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging has been developed greatly recently, which can provide not only the space information of prostate cancers including the location, size and relationship with surrounding tissue, but also multimodality information of the lesion including the component and content of specific elements, microcirculation blood perfusion, metabolism, and elasticity. In our study, multi-mode imaging characteristics of early stage prostate cancers are detected and imaging features related with invasiveness are selected. In addition, gene expression profiling microarrays are used to find the genes related to invasive imaging features. Our study aims to predict the invasiveness of early stage prostate cancer in an accurate and non-invasive way. Results of our study will provide scientific proof for differential diagnose and treatment of invasive and non-invasive prostate cancer, and will also contribute to the research of the mechanism of invasiveness in prostate cancer.
