中文摘要: 为了适应民航运输的快速发展要求,必须切实提高服务保障能力。大型机场是航空运输网络的心脏,而繁忙机场的运行矛盾大都集中在其空域。研究机场空域运行的系统可靠性非常重要,但目前这方面的研究非常薄弱,甚至缺乏明确的系统可靠性定义。 本课题研究,将根据民航发展需要,提出典型繁忙机场空域运行的系统可靠性定义,深入研究繁忙机场空域运行矛盾,建立考虑不确定因素、随机行为作用下的系统模型,发展适用于这类系统的可靠性分析评价方法,探明系统的可靠运输能力和相应运行条件。 课题研究将不仅能够创造性地开辟系统可靠性的新研究领域,而且可以指导运输生产计划和组织,并为未来机场及空域规划提供决策支持。课题研究将通过理论研究和实践应用两个方面,切实增强我国民航的核心竞争力。

英文摘要: High growth makes it challenging for air transport to maintain a high level of reliability. Large airport is the heart of air transport network, whereas its throughput capability is confined by the airspace. Though important to study, the system reliability of airspace’s operations has received little attention. There is even missing a clear definition of system reliability. The purpose of this project hence is to find out the reliable capability of airspace’s operations and the consequent working conditions, by defining, according to the practice of civil aviation, the system reliability for airspace’s operations at congested airports, by modeling the systematic mechanism of the uncertainty and of the stochastic factors inside airspace’s operations, and by developing the method of reliability assessment of the so far concerned system. As its innovation, this study will open a new branch in the domain of system reliability. In addition, it will serve in transport scheduling and organizing, as well as in decision-making on airport/airspace planning. Therefore, the study will reinforce, by theoretical explorations and engineering applications, the core competences of civil aviation.
