中文摘要: 智能电网是未来电网的发展方向,其核心技术是自愈控制,其关键在于配电端的发展,所以,实施配电网自愈控制是智能电网建设的重要内容。通过研究分布式电源对配电网的正面作用和负面影响,分布式电源出力及配电网负荷的变化规律,建立间歇性分布式电源的停运模型、节点注入功率的动态概率模型,采用风险理论建立基于动态概率潮流的配电网运行脆弱性评估模型。根据配电网自愈控制对象的空间分布特性、控制过程与控制要求的时间分散特性、控制功能的条件变化和时变性,设计不同层次、不同类型的代理,建立基于MAS的配电网自愈的分层递阶控制模型。结合多代理技术和分层递阶控制结构,设计配电网自愈控制的协调策略,充分发挥分布式发电的作用实现配电网的智能调度与控制。

英文摘要: Smart grid is the development direction of future power system, which core technology is self-healing control technology. And the key is to develop distribution network. So the implement of self-healing control for distribution network is the important compoment of smart grid. The positive effects and negative effects of distributed generations on distribution network are studied. Based on the regular patterns of the outputs of distributed generators and power loads, the off-stream model of intermittent distribed generators and the dynamic probabilistic model of node inject power are built. And then the vulnerability assessment model of distribution network is provided based on dynamic probabilistic power flow and risk theory. Different layering and typological agents are designed based on the space distribution character of the control objects, the time distribution character of the control procedure and demands, the condition-variation and time-variation character of control functions of self-healing of distribution network. And hierarchical control model of the self-healing control for distribution network based on MAS is built.
