中文摘要: 光稳定性的问题是有机/高分子荧光材料用于生物医学成像领域是需要解决的关键科学问题。本项目拟将发红光/近红外光的AIE分子制备成纳米粒子,探索粒径、分散度、形态和表面性能可控的纳米结构的制备方法和路线,利用红光/近红外光穿透力强、激发能量低、生物背景荧光干扰小、特别是AIE分子可以在聚集态下具有高效率发光的优势,对其在生物荧光成像方面的应用进行深入研究,并应用于细胞in vitro 荧光示踪成像,在此基础上最终实现in vivo 生物成像,为生物成像和分子影像提供高性能的新型材料。

英文摘要: Photo-stability is one of the crucial factors determining the application of organic fluorescent probes in bioimaging. In this project, we try to fabricate nanostructures based on aggregation-induced red/near infrared emission materials, explore the conditions for controlling the size, size-distribution, morphology, and surface properties. We will take the advantages of low excitation energy, low background fluorescence interference, high interpenetration ability of the red/near infrared fluorescence, particularly the high emission quantum efficiency in aggregated states of AIE molecules, to investigate the application of the obtained nanostructures in bioimaging, the in vitro fluorescent signaling, and the in vivo bioimaging of specific cells and tissues, then to develop novel and hightech materials for the studies of bioimaging and molecular imaging.
