中文摘要: 项目按计划进行了新型无线传感器网络模式下机械振动监测新方法研究,研究了无线传感器网络模式下机械振动监测中大量实测振动信号的高速同步采集、实时分布式处理、连续可靠传输等关键科学问题。提出了多汇聚节点的多级分层的无线振动传感器网络拓扑结构,形成了以数据为中心的多级分层的机械振动智能无线传感监测理论。提出了倍增超周期多信道MAC协议,结合基于节点位置的能量有效路由协议,实现了基于自适应混合型网络协议的机械振动数据连续可靠传输方法,解决了大量振动数据在传感器网络中连续可靠传输的问题。提出了基于贪婪启发式的低功耗多跳时间同步方法,达到微秒级的同步采集精度,解决了多节点振动信号同步采集问题。提出了基于双处理器和大容量存储的传感器节点架构,研究了多级分布式数据压缩方法,研制了高性能无线振动传感器网络节点和具有片上处理能力的网关节点。分析了多途径自适应混合供能方法,进行了无线振动传感器网络监测系统原型集成与性能测试。项目研究达到预期目标,研究成果可丰富和发展机械振动监测理论和技术,具有重要的理论和实用价值。

英文摘要: A novel approach for mechanical vibration monitoring based on (WSN) was studied according to the proposed scheme. Key techniques for high speed synchronized data acquisition, real time distributed data processing, and reliable multihop transmission have been solved. A multi-sink-based topological structure with multilevel and delamination for WSN-based vibration monitoring was proposed, and the data-centric multi-tier sensing theory for WSN-based vibration monitoring has been discussed. Multiply Periodic Frame within Multi-channel Medium Access Control Protocol (MPF-MMAC) was proposed, combined with energy effective routing protocol based on nodes' location, the massive raw datas of mechanical vibration can be transmitted reliably and continuously. A low overhead multi-hop time synchronization approach based on the greedy heuristic algorithm was proposed, and multi-node synchronized data acquisition with microsecond - level accuracy was implemented. The framework of WSN node based on bi-processor and large capacity memory was proposed. WSN node with high capability and gateway node with on-chip signal processing were designed. Self-adaptive energy supply mechanism for WSN was discussed. The prototype of WSN-based vibration monitoring system was implemented, and the performance of the prototype system was evaluated. The approach of WSN-based vibration monitoring can enrich and develop the mechanical vibration monitoring theory and technology.
