中文摘要: 随着流感病毒基因组测序数据的海量积累,利用信息学方法进行流感基因序列的分析逐渐成为人们关注的热点。传统的生物数据分析方法并不区分真实序列在进化史上的时序关系,不能满足病毒种群随时空变化的演化过程研究。项目引入Huffman 编码思想,依据氨基酸分类及其关键的理化性质设计出蛋白质序列的Huffman 式编码,并基于编码序列的图形化表示给出蛋白质序列特征描述的一种高维度量方法;建立起流感病毒基因随时间推移的三维可视化静态模型,以及世界地图背景上的四维可视化动态模型,模拟病毒随时空变化的全球性演化过程,研究病毒种群随时间和地域变化的演化特征与传播规律;探索实现流感暴发流行预测预警的有效途径,跟踪分析全球背景下我国流感疫情的发展趋势。研究成果有望为人源流感的进化趋势分析与预测提供有效的理论基础和信息学分析新方法。

英文摘要: With the mass accumulation of the influenza virus genome sequencing data, people have fairly focused on the influenza gene sequence analysis based on informatics methods. The traditional biology data analysis methods do not distinguish the timing relationships among sequences. This cannot meet the requirement for the evolution process research of virus population over time and space. By the Huffman coding idea, this project designs the Huffman code sequence of protein sequence according to the classification information and physicochemical properties of amino acids. Based on the graphical representation of the Huffman code sequence, a high dimensional measurement method is used to describe the protein sequence characteristics. Then a 3D visualization static model describing virus gene evolution over time is established to find the evolution laws and characteristics of virus population. Then, based on the world map we construct a 4D visualization dynamic model to simulate the global evolution process of viruses over time and space. The simulation attempts to discover the evolution characteristics and propagation rules with the changes of time and space.
