中文摘要: 神经酰胺(Ceramide)是细胞膜的组成成分-鞘磷脂的基本单位,也是体内重要的生物活性物质之一,具有屏障、粘合、保湿以及抗癌等作用,尤其是其高效保湿的功能使得神经酰胺成为化妆品的热点。神经酰胺存在于动物、植物和一部分微生物中。研究证明克鲁弗酵母(Saccharomyces kluyveri)是唯一持有神经酰胺的菌株,具有菌体内富集神经酰胺的特殊功能。本研究利用富集神经酰胺酵母S. kluyveri菌株及新疆特有的可再生资源甜菜糖蜜,探讨其培养积蓄条件,提取、分离、纯化并鉴定神经酰胺结构,进一步研究富集神经酰胺作用机理,为神经酰胺的富集及今后的应用提供科学理论依据。 关键词:S. 英文摘要: Ceramide is the component of cell membranes, is the basic unit of sphingomyelin, is one of the important biological active substance, has the barrier, adhesive, moisturizing and anti-cancer etc functions, especially the moisturizing function of ceramide become focus of cosmetics. Ceramide found in animal, plants and some microorganisms. Studies show that Saccharomyces kluyveri yeast is the sole strains to hold of ceramide, has the special function intracellular accumulation of ceramide. In this study, use of the S.kluyveri yeast strain has enrichment of ceramide function and beet molasses as a research material, to investigate the culture conditions, extraction, separation, purification and identification the structure of ceramide, further study on the enrichment mechanism of ceramide, to provide scientific theoretical basis for ceramide accumulation and the future application. keywords:S. kluyveri;Culture;Enrichment;Ceramide; Function mechanism
