中文摘要: 太阳电池阵是航天器主要的能源供给部件,其在轨运行时的动力学性能直接影响整个航天器的运行性能,甚至关系到飞行任务的成败。本项目采用理论建模、数值模拟与实验手段相结合的方法,以典型的航天器太阳电池阵为研究对象,研究太阳电池阵在空间冷热交变环境中的热-结构耦合振动特性。考虑空间冷热交变热环境对在轨太阳电池阵的影响,建立太阳电池阵的热分析模型,研究在轨运行时瞬态温度场变化规律;并将其瞬态温度场作为热载荷,引入太阳电池阵的结构振动分析中,建立空间环境下太阳电池阵的热-结构耦合动力学模型;考虑间隙连接结构非线性对系统动力学性能的影响,并结合实验研究,揭示空间热环境等条件下太阳电池阵及其非线性连接结构的热-结构耦合振动特性。本项目的研究为提高航天器太阳电池阵的在轨动力学性能提供重要的技术手段,为增强航天器及其附件在轨运行的稳定性提供依据,具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。

英文摘要: Solar arrays are the main energy sources of spacecraft during orbiting operation. Their dynamic performance has great effects on the operating performance of the spacecraft and even the safety of the whole flight mission. In this project, the coupled thermal-structure vibration in space thermal environment of a typical solar array will be researched based on theoretical modeling, numerical simulation and experiments. Considering the characteristic of space thermal environment, a thermal analysis method of composite solar array with complex structure will be developed to characterize the thermal response of the whole solar array system subjected to space heat flux. The evolution process of the transient temperature field of the whole solar array system will be discussed. Based on the thermal analysis model, the transient temperature field is considered as thermal load in the structural vibration analysis, and the model for coupled thermal-structure vibration analysis will be established. The performance of coupled thermal-structure vibration will be discussed considering the effects of clearance joints on system dynamics. Experiments will be conducted either to reveal the performance of coupled thermal-structure vibration. The results of this research will be useful for forecasting the dynamic performance of orb
