中文摘要: 随着随着高功率半导体激光器的广泛应用,极端温度环境中高功率半导体激光器的性能和可靠性越来越重要。本项目拟开展极端温度下高功率半导体激光器线阵热应力演变行为动态研究。通过分析极端温度环境下大功率半导体激光器线阵热串扰行为和非稳态导热阶段与稳态导热阶段温度的动态分布,揭示大功率半导体激光器线阵热应力分布的演变规律。在实验方面我们通过大功率半导体激光器线阵smile和偏振特性动态测量检测极端温度环境下大功率半导体激光器线阵热应力分布。这对于改进高功率半导体激光器封装工艺,提出和预防或消除残余应力的措施,提高极端温度下高功率半导体激光器性能和可靠性具有非常重要的意义。

英文摘要: As with the widely application of the high power semiconductor laser, performance and reliability of high power semiconductor laser in extreme temperature environment is getting more and more important. This project intends to carry out dynamic study on the thermal stress evolution behavior of high power semiconductor laser bar under extreme temperature. By analyzing the thermal crosstalk and dynamic distribution of the temperature during transient heat conduction and steady-state heat conduction of high-power semiconductor laser array in extreme temperature environment, we reveal the thermal stress distribution evolution law. In the experimental aspect through dynamic measurement of smile value and the polarization characteristics we also detect thermal stress distribution of high power semiconductor laser bar under extreme temperature. This work is of great importance for improvement of high power semiconductor laser packaging technology, proposing solution to prevent or eliminate residual stress, improving performance and reliability of high power semiconductor laser in extreme temperature environment.
