中文摘要: 牵引供电系统是高速铁路的唯一动力来源,既有电能质量问题、过分相问题以及供电能力与供电需求匹配问题是制约安全、可靠和高质运行的供电"瓶颈"。新型"独立"供电系统的研究与应用为提升供电系统服役性能,优化供电资源配置提供了理想途径。本项目通过构建"独立"供电系统三相-单相功率变换过程数学模型,解析其工作机理、控制策略以及运行方式转换约束。引入自律分散控制理论,提出基于状态估计和功率误差补偿的控制策略,建立分布式供电协同自律控制模型,阐明"独立"供电的自律可控性和自律可协调性。构建开放域环境下功率潮流时空分布模型,揭示牵引和再生制动双向功率在电力系统、三相-单相功率变换系统、牵引网系统以及动车组群之间的传递特性和分布规律。将数学规划理论、多属性决策理论和智能算法相结合,构建 "独立"供电系统多目标规划模型,实现供电资源最优配置。项目研究成果将为我国高速铁路牵引供电领域的自主创新提供重要理论支撑。

英文摘要: Traction power supply system is the only source for high speed railway. The power supply bottlenecks exist, such as the problems of power quality, passing phase separation and matching between capacity and requirement, which seriously impact safety, reliability and quality of operation. The research and application of new independent power supply system is an ideal way for improving service performance and optimizing the allocation of resources. The model of three-single phase power converter is built, and the working principle, control strategy and transformation strategy are illustrated. By introducing autonomous decentralized control theory, the strategy based on state estimation and power error compensation is proposed and coordinated autonomous control system is presented for independent power supply system. Spatial-temporal distribution model of power flow is set up, which is used to reveal the transmission characteristics and distribution laws of power in independent power supply system. With combination of mathematical programming theory, multiple attribute decision making theory and intelligent algorithm, multi-objective programming of independent power supply system is discussed, and the optimization of resource allocation is realized.
