中文摘要: 工作负荷的评估和测量是人因工效学研究的主要任务之一。一系列测量脑力工作系统中操作者的工作负荷的方法已经在广泛和普遍的使用于人因工效学的研究中,诸如,问卷调查、生理反应测量、与任务执行相关的身体动作测量等。然而,这些单一的测量方法都有其局限性,并且其结果往往只能解释或者反映工作负荷的一部分。全面的工作负荷测量是通过多种方法的综合集成。本项目对在脑力工作系统中一种新的测量工作负荷的方法展开研究:利用任务执行和非任务执行相关的人的行(语言、手势和躯干姿势等)测量操作者的工作负荷。综合人的行为(语言行为和非语言行为)对工作负荷的分析测量,并且利用合适的动态数理统计建模方法建立工作负荷的测量模型,为脑力工作系统中操作者的工作负荷度的测量提供一个更加全面和直接方法。该方法将极大的推动脑力工作系统下操作者工作负荷测量方法的实时性和连续性.

英文摘要: Workload assessment and measurement is a key issue of human factors research. A series of methods for workload measurement in mental work settings have been comprehensively and widely applied: physiological measures, subjective questionnaires, performance or errors, and task-performing-related body actions measure. It is obvious that each of these methods has limitations, e.g. concerning intrusiveness. Moreover, each measure can generally reflect one part of workload. Whole workload is often explained by an integration of many measures (e.g. errors and subjective questionnaire).A new methods for workload assessment in the mental work settings will be proposed in this project: task-performing-related and non-task-performing-related behaviour, including language, gestures, and trunk posture measurement etc., will be analysed for workload assessment. Mutil-channel human behaviours (veral and non-verbal behaviours) will been coded and used for workload measurement. Then a model ofworkload measurement based on human behaviour will be established used a appropriate dynamic statistical modeling approach. This method based on human behaivour for workload assessment will be more overall and direct than other methods for mental work settings.
