中文摘要: 针对FAST主反射面整网变形过程,宏观上进行整网控制策略研究,目的是通过对控制策略优化实现安全、高效运行,如解决圈梁边缘变位,受拉的索网实现抛物面边缘到球面的过渡等问题;微观上进行节点运动轨迹的自适应建模研究,根据索网特点和观测要求,充分利用位置和索力等信息,针对节点建立具有自适应机制的控制模型,结合控制策略完成FAST整网运行和观测,降低测量需求提高控制精度;FAST特点是主动变形,静变动控制是根本,是充分发挥硬件潜能的关键,因此该项研究是FAST实施运行不可或缺的。世界第一,如此庞大的科学工程6.7亿的经费支持"工程"已捉襟见肘,"科学"研究经费需多方筹措。现有完善的30米模型为该项研究提供了理论实践交互平台,2016年完工的FAST又为该研究成果的应用转化提供了机会,2300节点相互耦合,如此大规模联动系统的整体控制的实现及应用,其复杂和困难程度决定了其研究成果的先进性。

英文摘要: Aiming at the deformation process of the active reflect surface of FAST, on the macro aspect, study the control strategy for the network to achieve safe and efficient operation and solve problems such as deflection on the edge of the ring beam, tension network's transition to sphere at the edge of paraboloid, etc. On the micro aspect, study the adaptive modeling for trajectory of the nodes. Based on the feature of the network and observation request, using all the information such as cable tension and position, build adaptive control model for each node and, with proper control strategy, accomplish operation and observation of FAST, lower the requirement for measurement and improve control accuracy. As active deformation is a most distinguished feature of FAST, control is fundamental and key to the full play of the hardware,therefore the work in this project is essential for FAST. As the bigest telescope in the world, FAST is a enormous scientific project. The 670 million funding is already inadequate for the "project", as for the "science", we need to find more financing. The existing perfect 30-meter-model has provided a interactive platform of theory and practice for this research, and FAST, to be finished in 2016, would provide a chance for the application of the result.
