中文摘要: 以前期研究中发现的临床确有疗效的五味降压散中部分血中暴露成分及多成分协同增效现象为基础,构建不同维度的分子网络与作用靶标网络,结合传统药理学评价和HPLC指纹图谱及代谢组学分析技术,对五味降压散干预前后生物网络中靶点分子进行研究,并采用改进的LARS非线性回归和Adaboost等特征选择技术将药理与药化结果相关联,分析药物作用靶点及效应分子,探索五味降压散多成分整合作用机制。

英文摘要: The project is to take Wuweijiangyasan -a clinical effect complex prescription as an example, builds the different dimensions of molecular network and the target function, and combined with the traditional pharmacology and evaluation by HPLC and infrared fingerprint analysis technology, from the whole, organization, cell levels, find out the different layers of the target in effect; Through molecular biological network of the target protein research downstream and upstream after the intervention of Wuweijiangyasan, Then, an improved nonlinear regression and LARS Adaboost etc feature selection technology will be used to correlate pharmacology and medicine results, with construction of biological network evaluation, selection of the buck molecular or molecular group effect, explains the mechanism of complex prescription, building biological network evaluation method, explore new train of thought and method for the effect components success found of complex prescription.
