中文摘要: 可见光下具有高光催化活性的TiO2纳米材料是目前光催化领域的重要前沿课题。本项目拟以ZnO纳米棒阵列为模板制备TiO2中空纳米棒阵列,并对TiO2中空纳米棒阵列进行ECR氮等离子体掺杂和尿素原位掺杂,研究N掺杂方法和掺杂浓度对N在TiO2中的存在形式及氧空位密度的影响,进一步探索掺杂N的存在形式和氧空位密度与掺杂TiO2的可见光活性之间的关系;对N掺杂中空TiO2纳米棒阵列进行WO3纳米粒子修饰,研究WO3纳米粒子的负载方式和负载量对N掺杂中空TiO2纳米棒阵列光催化性能的影响,探索WO3/掺杂TiO2异质结中的载流子分离和输运机制;建立N掺杂和WO3纳米粒子修饰的优化协同。上述问题的解决对于研究窄禁带半导体修饰的N掺杂TiO2的可见光活性机理具有重要的科学意义,对推动可见光响应型高效TiO2光催化材料的发展具有重要的应用价值。

英文摘要: TiO2 nanomaterials with high photocatalytic activities under visible light is a frontier research subject in the field of photocatalyst. In this project, the TiO2 hollow nanorod arrays are synthesized by using ZnO nanorod arrays as template,nitrogen is doped into the TiO2 hollow nanorod arrays by using the ex situ doping method with ECR plasma and in situ doping method with urea.The effects of doping method and concentration on the nitrogen doping behavior and the oxygen vacancy density are investigated, and the relationship between nitrogen doping and the visible light photocatalytic activity is further explored.Then N-doped TiO2 hollow nanorod arrays are decorated with WO3 nanoparticles, and the impacts of WO3 decoration on the photocatalytic property of N-doped TiO2 hollow nanorod arrays are analyzed.The carrier transportion and saparation in the WO3/N-doped TiO2 hetero- structure are explored, and the coordination optimization of N doping and WO3 decoration is built up.The solvement of the above issues has scientific significance for the visible-light photocatalytic mechanism of N-doped TiO2 decorated by narrow bandgap semiconductor,and also has important application value for the development of titania photocatalyst with a high visible-light activity.
