中文摘要: 癌症是威胁人类生命健康的重大疾病之一。癌症治愈的关键在于癌症的早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗。由于癌前病变的隐蔽性和癌症早期发现的困难性,癌症的早期诊断一直是生命科学研究的难点和热点之一。本项目拟将量子相干控制思想应用于癌症的早期诊断,具体方案为:将超快激光脉冲整形相干控制技术与超快时间分辨激光光谱技术结合在一起,从理论和实验两方面研究癌症血清的相干反斯托克斯拉曼光谱和荧光光谱的选择激发,实现含量极低的癌症标志物的特征谱峰的选择增强,探索出一套创新性的癌症早期检测和诊断方案。

英文摘要: Cancer is one of the significant diseases that threat human life and health. The key to cancer cure lies in early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment. Because of the concealment of precancerous lesion and hardly discovery of early carcinoma, early diagnosis of cancer has been the difficult point and focus of life science. In our project, with the application of quantum coherent control to biological tissue, a innovative diagnosis technology of early carcinoma is proposed. With the combination of ultrafast laser pulse shaping technique and ultrafast time-resolved laser spectroscopy, selective excitation of coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of cancerous serum is studied both experimentally and theoretically, and the characteristic spectrum of tumor marker can be enhanced effectively, so that a new diagnosis technology of early carcinoma can be obtained.
