中文摘要: 为了在无线宽带城市中给大量用户同时提供高质量视频服务,就需要设计压缩高效、错误恢复能力强、分辨率可伸缩的无线视频组播系统。为此,本课题在深入研究分布式视频编码、压缩感知理论以及自适应调制技术的基础上,综合考虑信源编码、信道编码与调制技术,提出面向无线视频组播的分布式编码与随机混叠调制,以实现高效、鲁棒、精细可伸缩的无线视频组播系统。研究内容包括:分布式精细可伸缩视频编码、随机混叠调制、多用户信源编码信道传输优化三个方面,分别从无线视频组播的信源端视频数据描述、信道鲁棒传输、以及接收端质量优化,逐层展开研究。

英文摘要: A wireless video multicast system featuring efficient compression,high error-resilience and scalable resolution will be indispensable for a high-quality video service of many users in Wireless Broadband City. Therefore, a distributed coding with random aliasing modulation algorithm for wireless video multicast incorporating source coding, channel coding and adaptive modulation is proposed in this project on the basis of an analysis of distributed video coding,compressive sensing as well as adaptive modulation. Thus a wireless video multicast algorithm featuring efficient compression,high error-resilience and scalable resolution can be achieved. The topics to be researched in the project are as follows: 1.distributed fine granular scalable video coding, 2. random aliasing modulation, 3. optimization to joint source coding and channel transmission of many users.These topics are researed in a cascade from video description at the source side to the robust channel transmission and to the optimized recovery at the reciever side.
