中文摘要: 无线多媒体传感器网络(WMSN)及其视频编码与传输技术是当前无线通信领域国内外倍受关注的前沿研究课题。本课题以无线多媒体传感器网络为应用背景,以压缩感知(CS)和协作通信(CC)理论为基础,研究基于CS理论的分布式视频编码、视频质量评价和视频高效传输技术,主要研究感知节点处的信号处理(包括基于CS的分布式视频编码、机会协作传输及视频码率自适应控制)和汇聚节点处的信号处理(包括边信息估计、最佳协作节点选择和基于CS和视频质量信息评价(VQA)的视频联合解码重建)。旨在通过上述研究,实现视频信息的低复杂度分布式编码和高效传输,为无线多媒体传感器网络走向实际应用提供理论和技术支持。

英文摘要: Recently, video coding and transmission technology in wireless multimedia sensor networks (WMSN) is a hot research direction. This research will study distributed video coding, video quality assessment (VQA) and efficient transmission technologies in WMSN based on compressed sensing (CS) and cooperative communication theory. More specifically, this research explores signal processing technology in sensor node (including CS based distributed video coding, opportunistic cooperation and adaptive rate control) and sink node (including side information estimation, cooperation node selection, joint decoding and reconstruction based on CS and VQA). Essentially, this research aims at developing a low complexity distributed video encoding and efficient transmission scheme, and providing both theoretical and technical support for the application of WMSN.
