中文摘要: 本项目基于亚波长导模共振理论的微结构阵列实现彩色图像再现,通过结构相同仅周期不同的微结构将光分解成所需要的红、绿、蓝三色光来充当三基色,以此表现图像,改变了传统的用彩色油墨实现图像色彩的概念。由于导模共振微结构的结构简单,具有高衍射效率和窄带宽的性质,容易得到高纯度的单色光,对微结构排列分布处理即可得到彩色图像。初步仿真结果表明在TE偏振光入射下已能够较真实的还原原图像。项目结合色度学,主要研究和设计能产生三基色的无偏振特性导模共振光栅微结构;优化设计基于该微结构颜色显示的纯度设计;建立所设计的导模共振微结构的衍射效率和色品图中颜色的对应变化关系模型;软件设计分析导模共振微结构的排列组合方式对所再现图像的影响;利用光刻技术进行实验制备的探索研究。这种彩色图像再现的方法节省资源、环保,还可以实现普通油墨无法印刷的光变效果,在印刷、真迹保存、防伪、光显示等行业具有巨大的潜在应用价值。

英文摘要: This project utilizes the microstructure array based on the theory of subwavelength guided mode resonance to produce colored images. Those guided mode resonant microstructures are fabricated with the same structure but different period to filter light to meet the need for red, green and blue that served as the three primary colors to display colored images.The method has changed the traditional color ink colored image concept. Because of the excellent characteristics of guided mode resonant grating such as simple structure, high diffraction efficiency and narrowband, monochromatic light of the three primary colors with high purity can be easily achieved. Colored image can be obtained by arranged and distributed those guided mode resonant microstructures. Preliminary simulation results show that the original image can be reproduced realistic with the TE polarized incident light. Combined with chromaticity, the microstructures to extract the 'three primary colors' without the nonpolaring guided mode resonant microstructures are designed and optimized. Then, the model of the diffraction efficiency of the guided mode resonant microstructure and corresponding changes of color in the chromaticity diagram is established.
