中文摘要: 差异分批制造是工业实际中一种常见的制造模式,广泛应用在食品加工、芯片制造、金属冶炼等行业中,近年来对该制造模式的优化调度研究已经成为生产运作领域的一个研究热点。本项目以典型的差异分批制造模式作为切入点,以制造企业作为决策主体,从供应链层面探索生产与采购、库存和配送环节的系统建模理论与优化调度方法。首先,在差异分批制造模式下,从客户的需求出发,构建生产、配送两阶段的联合调度模型,研究作业分批、设备调度、产成品组装和配送路径设计的系统调度方法;进而结合物流环节,研究采购、库存、生产和配送的多阶段联合调度问题,探索该制造模式下的一般性供应链调度规则。然后,考虑供应链系统的不确定性,在差异分批制造模式下,设计基于随机信息和模糊信息的供应链调度方法;进而扩展到基于动态信息的供应链在线调度策略。项目的研究成果拟应用于食品加工、芯片制造等企业的实际运作中,为企业的经营决策提供理论依据和方法支撑。

英文摘要: Manufacturing with batching machines and arbitrary jobs is a typical production mode and is widely applied in food processing, semiconductor manufacturing and metal working industries. Optimzation methods for scheduling batching machines with arbitrary jobs have become a focus in production and operation management in recent years. In this project, we consider the typical production mode and investigate the systematic modeling and optimization method in the version of supply chain scheduling for the decision making of the company. First, we construct the joint scheduling model of production and outbound distribution in the production mode by analyzing the demand of customers. We explore the systematic method for the batching of jobs, scheduling of machines, packing of products and distribution optimization. Considering the logistics, we study the joint scheduling of four parts, that is, the purchase, the inventory, the production and distribution to propose a general supply chain scheduling method. Then, considering the uncertainty in supply chain, we investigate the supply chain scheduling in uncertain environment and propose supply chain scheduling scheme based on stochastic information and fuzzy informantion.
