中文摘要: 光在生物组织中的散射现象是由于生物组织折射率随空间位置的变化而引起,而生物组织的空间折射率分布由生物组织的空间结构所确定。因此,由生物组织折射率的空间分布特性就可获知有关生物组织的结构和功能的信息。折射率空间相关函数描述折射率空间相关特性,相比于平均折射率变化,折射率空间相关函数的傅里叶分量可能对早期的肿瘤变化等更敏感,因为肿瘤变化等可能引起成长细胞位置上的局部相关性。本申请项目拟研究活体生物组织在正常与疾病状态下的折射率空间相关特性。拟采用基于傅里叶域光学相干层析术的方法来进行实验测量。首先从所测量的成像信号确定被测生物组织样本及活体生物组织的介电常数的傅立叶频谱分量的统计平均值。然后确定给定生物组织样本及活体生物组织介电常数的空间相关函数傅立叶变换以及折射率空间相关函数傅立叶频谱分量的范围,并与所获得的高分辨率光学断层图像一起,以实现对活体生物组织正常状态与疾病状态更精确描述。

英文摘要: The light scattering in tissue arises from the variation of retactive index of tissue which is determined by the microstructure of tissue.Thus, some information about tissue structure and function can be obtained through the knowledge of its spatial distribution of its refactive index. The spatial correlation function of refractive index describes the spatial correlation characteristics. Compared with the variation of the averaged refractive index, the Fourier components of the spatial correlation function may be more sensive to the early cancer because the early cancer may introduce the spatial correlation of cell positions. In this project, the spatial correlation of refractive index of living tissues will be investigated. A method which is based on Fourier domain optical coherence tomography will be used to measure the data. First of all, the averaged values of the Fourier components of the dielectric susceptibility of both the tissue sample and living tissues. Then the range of Fourier components of the spatial correlation functions of the dielectric susceptibility and the refractive index of living tissues, which is combined with the high resolution optical sectional images to help the accurate representation of the normal and desease states of living tissues.
