中文摘要: 在热负荷、机械载荷和化学侵蚀的综合作用下,回转窑窑衬会隆起、变形或开裂,最终因窑衬破损而停窑。本项目在建立窑衬材料热-力-化学耦合损伤本构关系模型的基础上,以回转窑整体为解析对象,针对回转窑点火升温-转入正常生产的全过程,建立考虑物理化学变化的窑皮形成过程的传热传质模型,多变量耦合工况下回转窑热工过程的全息仿真模型,及温度-机械-化学耦合作用下窑衬损伤的综合仿真模型;分析各种因素对窑衬材料物性参数的影响,及在窑衬损伤的形成与演变中所起的作用,找出导致窑衬变形与破损的薄弱环节及影响因素,进而揭示窑衬破损机理,提出缓和窑衬破损的有效方案,为合理选择窑衬材料、优化窑衬结构及窑皮厚度、确定最佳生产工艺、提高窑衬使用寿命提供科学依据。项目的实施将为长寿命、高效能窑衬的开发及窑衬的合理砌筑形式提供新的思想、方法和手段,对提高回转窑窑衬使用寿命具有重要指导意义。

英文摘要: Under the combined effects of thermal loads, mechanical loads and chemical erosion, the kiln lining will uplift,deform or crack,and ultimately the kiln will stop running owing to kiln lining damage. In this project, thermal-mechanical-chemical coupling damage constitutive model of kiln lining material will be established. Based on this, the temperature-mechanical-chemical coupling damage simulation model of kiln lining will be established about the whole process from ignition to normal running, in which the heat and mass transfer model of kiln crust formation, the holographic simulation model of heat process with multivariable coupling conditions will be integrated. After analyzing the impact factors of kiln lining material performance, and their roles on the formation and evolution of kiln lining damage, the weak points and key factors will be find out which will easily cause the kiln lining deformation and damage, thus the kiln lining damage mechanism will be revealed, effective methods will be proposed to reduce the kiln lining damage. Scientific suggestion will be provided for good choice of kiln lining material, suitable kiln lining structure, reasonable kiln crust thickness, optimal production process, kiln lining service life enhancement.
