中文摘要: 基于先进的无线传感技术,提出可永久埋设的混凝土中钢筋腐蚀无线传感器机理及结构构造。通过试验研究传感器封装及提高传感器可靠性和耐久性的方法。利用电路仿真软件,考虑实际工程的环境条件,仿真传感器在混凝土中的工作过程,优化传感器设计参数。通过仿真分析和加速腐蚀试验,建立传感器响应与钢筋腐蚀率的定量关系。将传感器间距和传感器单价作为设计变量,构造无线传感器系统成本和性能两个目标函数,利用多目标优化理论,建立混凝土中钢筋腐蚀无线传感器的优化布置模型。 本项目有望突破钢筋腐蚀现有检测方法的技术瓶颈,促进混凝土结构中钢筋腐蚀无线监测技术的发展。

英文摘要: Based on advanced wireless sensing technique, a new class of the wireless sensor for monitoring corrosion of reinforcing steel which can be permanently embedded in concrete structures is presented. And the packaging method, the reliability and durability of the sensor are investigated by laboratory tests. The working process of the sensor is simulated and the design parameters are optimized using software of circuit simulation. And the correlation between the response of the sensor and the corrosion degree of reinforcing steel is established by circuit simulation and accelerating corrosion tests. By defining two design variables of cost and spacing of sensors, and making two objective functions of total cost of monitoring system and their performance, the optimization arrangement model of sensors is built with the multi-objective optimization theory. This project will be expected to overcome the shortcomings of present techniques for corrosion detection, and further promote the development of the wireless monitoring technique for the corrosion of reinforcing steel in concrete structures.
