中文摘要: 丘脑腹后外侧核是针刺信息由感觉感受器传向大脑皮层的中继站,基于它的针刺神经编码机制研究,对于理解针刺电信息的传导与作用规律具有重要意义。然而关于丘脑核团中针刺电信息的量化及编码机制研究尚未见文献报道。因此,本项目首次提出从丘脑腹后外侧核角度,研究针刺神经编码机制。 本项目首次采用多电极阵列测取针刺足三里穴诱发的丘脑腹后外侧核神经电信号,经过非线性动力学分析重构丘脑核团的功能网络,并利用复杂网络的理论和方法提取网络特征参数,得到针刺作用下丘脑核团的网络结构特征;结合实验数据分析结果,建立针刺作用下丘脑核团的神经元网络模型;提出利用同步和共振机理,研究刺激输入和噪声对神经元网络放电特性的影响,揭示丘脑核团对针刺电信息的网络编码机制。

英文摘要: Ventral posterior lateral (VPL) thalamic nucleus is a relay station whose physiological role is to transmit the acupuncture information arriving from sensory receptors to the brain cortex. It is particularly important to investigate neural coding mechanisms of the acupuncture electrical information in this nucleus for understanding its conduction and function mechanisms. However, few research has been reported on its quantification and coding mechanism in thalamic nucleus. Therefore, in this project it has been first proposed to explore the coding mechanism of acupuncture electrical information in VPL thalamic nucleus. In this project, multielectrode array is used to record neural electrical signals from VPL thalamic nucleus evoked by the acupuncture at Zusanli. After a nonlinear dynamical analysis of experimental recordings, the functional network of the thalamic nucleus is reconstructed. Complex network theory and methods will be performed to extract its characteristic parameters, by which structural properties of the nucleus under the action of acupuncture can be obtained. Based on these data analysis results, a neuronal network model of the thalamic nucleus is constructed. With the consideration of synchronization and resonance, the effects of external stimulus and noise on firing properties of the network
