中文摘要: 由于表现出许多新奇而有趣的物理性能,石墨烯迅速成为当今的研究热点,而调控它的电子行为是其中一项重要的研究内容。本项目围绕局域梯度磁场对石墨烯纳米带电子性质的调控展开研究:首先,构建局域性好、梯度大的调制磁场的计算模型,并确定模型的结构参数对调制磁场的影响;再利用有限差分方法构造石墨烯体系在磁场影响下的哈密顿矩阵,分析其电子结构和波函数的局域性;因为局域梯度磁场会对石墨烯中的电子施加洛仑兹力作用,改变电子运动轨迹,从而改变电子的输运性能,所以,本项目的第三个的内容是采用传输矩阵方法研究电子输运性质,深入探讨影响石墨烯纳米带电子行为的因素,确定调控电子行为的条件,为石墨烯电子元器件的制备及相关实验提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Because of the novel physical properties, graphene has become hotspots of the condensed matter, nanotechnology and nanomaterials. It is one of the important research fields to control the electron transfer behaviour of graphene. In this work, we will investigate the electronic structures and transport properties of graphene nanoribbons under a local gradient magnetic field, which can be obtained by fabricating a ferromagnetic grating on the surface of a sheet of graphene.The local gradient magnetic field applies a local Lorentz force to the electrons in graphene and then changes their trajectory. Firstly we will calculate the profiles of magnetic fields at the plane of graphene. And secondly, the electronic structrues will be studied using the finite-difference method. The energy bands of graphene nanoribbons under a local gradient magnetic field will be obtained. Based on transfer matrix method, we will finally study the electron transport properties of graphene nanoribbons and will analyse the physical mechanism in details. This research may contribute to promote the understanding of electronic behaviours in graphene nanoribbons and to provide theory evidence for graphene electronic components.
