中文摘要: 电源散热设计中稳态热管理设计原则的采用严重限制了间歇工况电源的小型化进程,优化的暂态热管理系统成为提高间歇工况电源功率密度的重要手段之一。本项目基于脉冲电容器充电电源研究大功率间歇工况电源暂态热管理问题,基于传热学、流体力学理论和传热、储热过程的物理本质,研究复杂、狭小空间中电源器件级、系统级热设计规律,寻找不同间歇工况下热管理系统的设计原则和有利于提高电源功率密度的热管理系统设计规律。本项目旨在实现大功率间歇工况电源暂态热管理系统设计的规律化,摆脱目前大功率开关电源暂态热管理系统设计过于依赖个人经验的状态,缩短热管理系统设计时间。

英文摘要: Steady state thermal design limited the compact performance of power supply, the design of Transient thermal management is one effective means of improving the power density of the intermittent working condition power supply.The project research the transient thermal mamagement of high power and high power density power supply with intermittent working condition based on capacitor charging power supply. Depending on the theory of heattransfer theory , fluid mechanics and the physical nature of heat transmission and head storgae the thermal design rules of devices and system in complicated narrow rome will be studied, the design rule of transient thermal management which is beneficial to improve the power density of intermittent working condition power supply will be finded. The aim of the project is realizing the regularization of transient thermal design of intermittent working condition power supply and getting rid of the situation of transient thermal design which is depending on the personal experience, shortening the designing period.
