中文摘要: 信息技术和网络技术的高速发展正推动世界各军事强国的作战模式向网络中心战转变,这种新的作战体系对作战指挥控制提出了更高的要求,开发自动化、智能化、高效率的分析与计算工具从而为指挥人员提供有效的决策支持,已成为网络化作战体系构建过程中一个必不可少的重要环节。本项目针对网络中心战体系下的火力资源分配问题开展深入研究,旨在建立一套适于处理不确定性和复杂约束且具有较好通用性的建模与优化方法,从而为火力分配决策提供有力的支持。研究中将建立动态火力分配问题的数学规划模型,对目标函数和约束条件进行数学描述,并在目标函数和约束条件中体现不确定性因素的影响。以差分进化、分布估计、粒子群优化等智能优化算法及其融合算法为主,建立火力分配算法库,设计过程中将有效利用火力分配的领域知识,并建立结合不同算法优势的、可进化的算法综合体来实现火力分配问题的高效求解。

英文摘要: The rapid evolution of information technology and network technology is advancing the combating pattern of worldwide military powers towards the network-centric warfare. The new architecture sets higher demands on combating command and control. Developing automated, intelligent and efficient tools of analysis and computation to support commanders' decision-making has become one essential in the construction of networked combating architecture. This project is aimed at carrying out an in-depth research on the fire allocation problem in network centric warfare. It is expected to ultimately establish a set of modeling and optimization approaches which can address uncertainties and complex constraints and also have desirable generalization capability. In this way, this project can provide a strong support for fire allocation decision-making. In the research, a mathematical programming model for dynamic fire allocation will be built, appropriately describing the objective function and constraints and incorporating the influence of uncertainties. As main optimization tools, intelligent optimizers, such as differential evolution, estimation of distribution algorithms, particle swarm optimization, will be employed or designed to build a library of fire allocation algorithms.
