中文摘要: 本项目旨在通过陶瓷注射成型与放电等离子烧结动力学调控制备结构功能一体化氧化钇陶瓷材料,并建立透明陶瓷烧结的动力学窗口,探索高透光率、净尺寸透明陶瓷材料制备的新途径。针对传统的陶瓷成型方法不适合制备复杂形状、净尺寸透明氧化钇陶瓷部件,本项目拟采用注射成型的方法实现高密度、高均匀性的净尺寸透明氧化钇陶瓷坯体的制备,针对传统的球磨引入方式易使得助烧剂在基体内部发生团聚引起光散射的问题,通过化学沉淀法及化学前驱体浸渗法的形式以离子的形式引入助烧剂,从而提高透明氧化钇陶瓷的力学性能及透光性能。采用放电等离子体烧结法实现纳米晶透明氧化钇陶瓷部件的快速烧结并研究烧结过程中电场和等离子体在纳米陶瓷烧结中的效应。该项目的研究对于纳米晶透明陶瓷的净尺寸、高精密成型与快速烧结具有重要的理论价值和科学意义。

英文摘要: The aim of this project is preparation of transparent yttria ceramic with combined structural and functional properties by injection molding and manipulating sintering kinetics of spark plasma sintering. Sintering kinetics window will be established and new approaches of preparation of transparent yttria with high optical transmissions and net size will be explored. Due to that the traditional ceramic molding methods are not suitable for the preparation of complex-shaped and net-sized transparent yttrium oxide ceramic, this project intends to adopt the method of injection molding to realize highly dense and homogenous net-sized transparent compact. Due to the problem of agglomeration of sintering aids introduced by traditional ball milling, chemical precipitation and liquid precursor infiltration will be employed to introduce sintering aids by the form of ions, in order to enhance the mechanical and optical transmittance performance. Nanocrystalline transparent yttria components will be rapidly sintered by spark plasma sintering. The effects of electric field and plasma in the sintering process of nano ceramics will be researched. The project has important theory value and scientific significance for nanocrystalline transparent ceramic with net size, high precision molding and fast sintering.
