中文摘要: 准确地诊断和预报高原地区地形复杂机场上空的风场一直是气象界的一个难题。由地形引起的风的切变和乱流时空尺度小,气象界对其形成机制和演变过程的认识还很不够。本项目利用高原地形复杂机场密集的气象探测资料,结合中尺度数值模式和高分辨率的风场诊断模式研究低空风切变和乱流的促发机制、形成过程及变化因子,包括低空风切变的类型及与天气现象的关系等。在此基础上研究复杂地型机场上高分辨风场的诊断及预报方法。地形复杂机场的风切变是导致航空飞行事故的主要因素之一,倍受世界各国航空部门的高度重视。随着我国国民经济的飞速发展和西部大开发的推进,高原机场的数量和飞行两将迅速增加。高原地区航班量的增加使得低空风切变这一危及飞行安全的天气现象已经成为了影响飞行安全和效率的大敌,因此,深入地研究认识高原复杂地形机场上的风,提高其警报和预警的准确率,对保障飞行安全具有重大的经济效益和社会效益。

英文摘要: Accurate diagnosis and forecast the wind field over airport with complex terrain in plateau area is always a difficult problem of the world. With small spatial scales, terrain induced wind shear and turbulence has not been well known, especially its mechanism and the evolution process. Using meteorological observation and the mesoscale numerical model, coupled with a high resolution wind field diagnosis model, the project will working on the mechanism, the forming process, and the factors affect the characteristic of low-level wind shear, including the relationship between low-level wind shear and the weather phenomenon. And then, study the diagnosis and the forecast method of low-level wind shear over complex terrain. Low-level wind shear over complex terrain is the key factor to cause flight accident, meteorologist around the world pay more attention on it. With the rapid development of China''s national economy and promote the development of western China, the number of airport over plateau with complex terrain and the flight in these airport will increase rapidly. So, in-depth research the low-level wind shear over airports with complex terrain and high altitude will improve safety and efficiency of the flight.
