中文摘要: 为满足永磁同步电机伺服控制系统在控制精度和噪声振动等方面日益提高的需求,解决加工制造偏差和材料特性偏差对永磁同步电机关键特性和性能一致性的影响问题,开展高性能永磁同步电机的稳健设计理论与方法研究工作,通过在考虑噪声因子的永磁同步电机解析建模方法、噪声因子对关键特性的影响机理分析、多目标稳健设计方法等方面的创新性研究,旨在揭示噪声因子和电机关键特性之间的解析关系和作用机理,归纳永磁同步电机稳健设计中控制因子的调整规律;提出高性能永磁同步电机的多目标智能稳健设计方法,提高电机稳健设计方法的多目标优化水平和快速搜索最优解的能力。研制原理样机,通过电机关键特性的测试分析,验证考虑噪声因子的永磁同步电机解析建模方法和多目标智能稳健设计方法的有效性。本项目的开展可为稳健设计在高性能永磁同步电机设计中的应用奠定理论与技术基础。

英文摘要: In order to improve the control accuracy of the high-performance permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), reduce its operating noise, vibration and decline the unconformity in the same batch of PMSMs caused by the manufacture deviation and material properties difference, the research of the robust design theory and its method is developed. This innovative research includes analytic modeling PMSM with consideration of noise factor impacts, analyzing the theory of the noise factor affect PMSM's key performance and multi-objective robust designing of the PMSM. The purpose of the research is to get the analytical expression and the mechanism relationship between the noise factor and the PMSM's key characteristic, to summarize the adjustment law of control factor in the robust design of PMSM and to develop the multi-objective intelligent optimization robust design and accelerate optimal result searching speed. The principle prototype is developed, whose key characteristic test analysis demonstrates the effectiveness of PMSM analytic modeling approach considering the noise factor and multi-objective intelligent robust design. This research will lay a foundation of theory and technology for the application of robust design method in the design of high-performance PMSM.
